William F. Seerden

William F. Seerden was born in Houston, Texas, on November 5, 1944, and admitted to the Texas Bar in 1969. He is admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Seerden has a BA from Texas A&M University (1966) and a JD from University of Houston Law Center (1969). He is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury and Trial Law. Seerden is named in Texas Super Lawyers®, Texas Monthly Magazine, 2004-10. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and American Board of Trial Advocates. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army (1969-1971).

Kevin D. Cullen

Kevin D. Cullen

Kevin D. Cullen was born in Victoria, Texas, on October 14, 1954. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980. Cullen has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame (1977). He attended the University of Texas School of Law, where he earned his JD with honors (1980). He is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. Kevin is named in Texas Super Lawyers® and Texas Monthly Magazine 2004-2015. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, 2006-2015. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the Victoria County Bar Association (where he served as president in 1988) the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (where he was a past area director), and Defense Research Institute (DRI™).

Kevin has served as a lector for Our Lady of Victoria Catholic church. He has also served on the Saint Joseph High School Board of Directors. His other community involvement includes serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club, Victoria County Ducks Unlimited Charter, Job Training Partnership Act, and Victoria Jaycees (where he held various offices and was an Assistant Victoria County Stock Show Superintendent).

Jean S. Cullen

Jean S. Cullen was born Evergreen Park, Illinois, on December 9, 1955. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980. She has a BBA with honors from the University of Notre Dame and earned a JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law (1980). Jean is a member of the Victoria County and American Bar Associations, along with the State Bar of Texas.

W. Clayton Cain

W. Clayton Cain was born in Longview, Texas, on September 16, 1964. Cain was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1991. He is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. He earned his BA from Baylor University (1988) and a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law (1991). He is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, where he was president in 1995-96, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Cain served on the Board of Trustees for the Victoria Independent School District, where he was president in 1996-97.

Patrick A. Cullen

Patrick A. Cullen was born in Kearney, Nebraska, on July 20, 1948. Cullen was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1974. He is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. He has a BA from St. Mary's University of San Antonio (1971) and a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law (1974). Pat is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association and State Bar of Texas.

Casey T. Cullen

Casey T. Cullen

Casey T. Cullen was born in Victoria, Texas, on October 15, 1984. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2010. Cullen is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas; and he's admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Casey earned a BBA at the University of Notre Dame (2007) and attended St. Mary's University School of Law, where he earned his JD (2010). He is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Federal Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit.

Casey has served on the St. Joseph High School Board of Directors since 2011 and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board. He also serves on the Leo J. Welder Advisory Board. He has served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club, Victoria Fine Arts, Victoria Theatre, and the Victoria Business and Education Coalition.

Ann L. Cullen

Ann L. Cullen

Ann L. Cullen was born in Laredo, Texas, on November 19, 1985. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2011. She is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Cullen attended Texas A&M University and earned a BA (2008). She earned her JD from St. Mary's University School of Law (2011). She is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, where she served as the sergeant at arms (2012-2013) and secretary (2013-present). She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Annie has served on the Victoria Symphony League Board since 2013. She has also served on the Victoria ISD Education Foundation Board.

Brendan C. Holm

Brendan C. Holm

Brendan C. Holm's law practice focuses on litigation, particularly, oil and gas, contract, tort, real estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, and trade secret misappropriation. He advises clients with respect to oil and gas transactions, such as surface use agreements, easements, and oil and gas leases. During law school, Holm was actively involved in the St. Mary's Student Bar Association, serving as Senator in 2010 and chair of the Alumni Committee in 2012-13. While in law school, he was also inducted in Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honor Fraternity). Holm was also selected to participate in the external advocacy program as a member of the Mock Trial team and competed in litigation competitions around the country during his final year in law school. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
